Katsu Curry Sauce Mix Powder

Description

 Katsu Curry Sauce Mix Powder is a very quick and easy product to mix into a delicious, tasty and aromatic sauce, great for pouring over panko coated chicken/vegetables, potato chips/French fries, or a dipping sauce, or just to create a curry dish to use up leftovers.

 

Ingredients: Modified  Starch, Sugar, Curry Powder (Turmeric, MUSTARD Powder, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Fennel, Ginger, Cardamom, Jinta Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Spice Extract), Coconut Milk Powder, Natural Sea Salt, Tomato Powder, Japanese Red Miso Powder (SOYBEAN, Salt, Rice), Onion, Garlic, Turmeric, Apple Powder, Yeast Extract, Star Anise, Cardamom, Citric Acid.

Recommended Usage Rate: one part powder, to four parts freshly boiled water.

Suggested Portion Size: 25grams of powder.

How to Use: Simply mix one part powder to four parts freshly boiled water, i.e., weigh out 50 grams of sauce mix powder, then add 200g of freshly boiled water, thoroughly mix through (with a whisk if available), leave to stand for a few minutes to allow the sauce to thicken, adjust water/powder quantities for a thinner or thicker Curry Sauce, give a final stir, then thoroughly reheat the sauce before serving.
