Steve Tewkesbury I allways make shore I have a big bag of Cajun Marinade Flavouring to hand in my kitchen, I must warn you cajun sweet potatoes wedges are additive,last night to use up some bits,I grilled a few sausages,fried some onions and mixed some cajun flavouring with a tin of baked beans, and then mixed them all together to simmer through for 10 minutes and made a cajun sausage cassorole, WOW it was fantastic.
